I don't know if terrible reviews and bad customer service and sketchy Cash only is because they are incompetent or genius. They are the only game in town that has parking available, this just might be part of their business plan. Solid strat

We had an excellent experience with Park A Lot. The attendants were all very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with paying and we were able to pay in full for our 4 days upfront. I highly recommend parking at Park A Lot. Do not believe those bad reviews.

Not sure what other reviews are talking about. I had a good experience with this lot and the attendant Pierre. No hassle no problem with any attendant going in and out! For my time on the island. Glad I didn't pay any attention to the reviews. It also states no refunds for those reviews that complained about refunds. Thanks park a lot!!!

I've been using this garage for many years now and it has tons of spaces available. The rates are also competitive with other small garages in Waikiki. All big cities like NY and San Francisco are expensive but people don't realize that Oahu is actually a small island. Another review mentioned the attendant Pierre & I can say he's definitely a solid dude!

I was rather worried about parking here after reading all of the reviews, but my family and I had a great experience for the week. I knew ahead of time to bring cash, so I had the exact amount, but there is an ATM right there if you needed one. We were able to go in and out as much as we needed each day. All the attendants were friendly and it felt safe because a human was in control of the gate both ways (in and out).
